이름이 jack이라고 잭인데, 요상하게 이름이 많은 놈입니다. 재키,쟈키,잭킷,짹 입니다.ㅋ
물론 제가 들었을때 그렇게 들린거라 공통적으로 이렇게 쓴다는 말은 아닙니다.ㅋ

자동차에 있는 잭이랑 친척입니다...
아래 사진은 5톤짜리 잭이고 윗놈은 50톤짜리입니다... 저희 항공기가 작아서 5톤짜리 3개로 항상 올렸습니다.
용도는 항공기 엔진을 내리거나 , 시트를 내리거나 , 랜딩기어 업/다운 체크 할때 사용합니다..
항공기의 앞에서 시트를 내릴경우 뒤의 엔진 무게때문에 항공기가 뒤로 넘어가기때문에 받치는 용도입니다.

실제로 잭으로 받치지 않고 시트내렸을때 정말 넘어갑니다. 라고 말씀드리면 에이.. 설마 라고 하실지 모르겠지만 시트와 앞에 "건[gun]"을 내렸을때 정말 넘어가는걸 보았습니다. 다행히 넘어가는 도중에 좌석에 매달려서 넘어지는걸 막았지요... 그정도로 뒷쪽 엔진의 무게와 앞쪽 무게가 정말로 미묘하게 밸런스가 맞게 맞춰져있다는게 신기합니다.
