Are your windows and drivers updated?
Do you have any other monitor to check if it works fine or check your current monitor on another PC?
Does this happen after an update or installation of Windows/drivers/programs or software?
What method or steps have you already performed so far to fix the issue?

Can you perform sfc and run the DISM command to check, scan, and restore the health of the system files by following the steps below?

*On Command Prompt/powershell (admin), enter each command below:

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

sfc /scannow

After all has been processed, Restart your device
